By accessing or using Ronda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Responsibilities

You agree to: report incidents accurately and truthfully; not submit false, misleading or malicious reports; not use the platform to harass, stalk or target any individual; respect the privacy of others.

Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content & Data

Ronda is operated by Provare Ltd. By submitting incident reports, you grant Provare Ltd. a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute the anonymised incident data as part of the community dataset. You retain all rights over your personal data under GDPR, including the right to delete it at any time (Article 17). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Disclaimer & Liability

Ronda is a community reporting tool, not an emergency service. We do not verify the accuracy of all reports. Safety scores and heatmaps are indicative only. We are not liable for actions taken based on information on the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
