📡 What is a GPS Cool-Down Spot?
When thieves steal a GPS-tracked device (bicycle, motorbike, phone), they often leave it somewhere temporarily — a 'cool-down location' — before selling it, to avoid being traced to their home. By marking these spots, the community can identify warehousing areas used by theft rings.
